blu's daily blog.

I've been featured on Blu's Daily Blog - the people over at Bludomain decided to feature my website (only they made me give them a photo of me too, and I hate being on that end of the camera!) Anyway, it's been posted... I never thought I'd be mentioned on someone else's blog!  The really good stuff is all the great goods Kailee (their blogger) finds on the internet...check it out...Blu's Daily Blog...while you're there, check out their website too.  They're in the business of creating websites for others.  They did mine, and I love it!

adopt.

Fostering_families_1I'm so excited for this boy!  I photographed him for the Missouri Heart Gallery, and although he hasn't been adopted yet, he's getting some national exposure right now.  He's on the cover of the September/October issue of Fostering Families Today magazine, which is distributed nationwide!  Please say a prayer for him.  And if you are interested in adopting a child in foster care, please check out the Missouri Heart Gallery website or contact the Adoption Exchange at www.adoptex.org . Check out his cover!

cheeky!

Cheeky2Moms....looking for a place to celebrate and commiserate the joys and perils of modern motherhood?  The Yummy Mummy Club is that place!  Erica Ehm, the founder of the Yummy Mummy Club, calls her site exactly that: "The Yummy Mummy Club is the online place for multi-tasking mamas to celebrate and commiserate the joys and perils of modern motherhood. Filled with cheeky articles, playful surveys, sexy prizes, a Book Club and Yummy Shopping, The Yummy Mummy Club will stimulate moms in ways she never imagined. Yummy!"  So check it out...subscribe to her newsletters and enjoy a good cup of Teavana and a giggle.

Thank you.

I've had some wonderful clients lately...people who I've just had so much fun photographing, and it reminded me of two customer-based programs I haven't posted about on this blog.  Some of my older clients know about them, but recently I've failed to get the word out to everyone.

First, I have a client referral program.  If your friends are anything like you, I'd love to work with them!  So for every referral you make that results in a session, you will get $25 off your next session. Be sure to have your friends tell me you sent them!

Also, I have a special that I run from time to time for repeat clients.  This seems like a great time to run that, given that you guys have been awesome!  Book any session for 2007, and if you schedule that session before the end of this year, you get 25% off the session fee (that's 25% off 2006 prices!) and 25% off an 11x14 gallery-wrapped canvas.
